doneish

i just had my last final and i feel done! no more written stuff. of course a recital and audition still loom ahead but at least i feel like i can read without feeling guilty for not studying for something.

last night i ate a whole hamburger. for those of you who know me your mouths are probably shaped like :O. for others, just so you know, i haven't had a hamburger, except for some bites i had of phil's last december, in, oh, 10 years. i have to say, it tasted good. dan laughed at me when i ordered it well done but i thought it would be a better start than jumping into rare meat! i had been craving one for a couple weeks every day thinking about it, even dreaming about it! how weird is that! i don't know if it will become a regular thing but i guess i really can't call myself any kind of vegetarian now. i might try it again someday down the road but for now, i'm ready to try eating all different kinds of things again. sorry i don't have a pic of it!

sorry if that rant came off sounding much worse than i meant it to. when i feel sick i don't feel like i can do much and i don't feel like i can put up with much from other people. and i guess i start feeling just a wee bit sorry for myself...too many poor me's for one blog.

in other news, dan and i switched to dsl and for now at least it seems just as fast. we weren't getting free tv like i did in my last place (su, how i miss all those channels...) so there was no reason to pay more.
