funny dream
last night i dreamt i was in the olympics.
i was in an event called "check the oil."
we, the "athletes", had to check the oil in our cars and then take a ride.
the next part of the dream was me standing by the finish line with my smoking broken down car. i had the olympic expression of disappointment, bewilderment, and regret, but with a sense of irony because of how hard i had trained and how it had all come down to this. my coach was shaking his head and looking at the ground. i threw my hands up to the sky and said, "i didn't check the oil! i didn't check the oil!"
i haven't been able to stop laughing all day!!!
