christmas with the bradleys

back from my very first christmas celebration! i have to say, it was a lot of fun to open up presents all in one night!! there were so many of them! dan's family was so nice to me and had a hanukkah plant and hanukkah gelt for me :) virginia was beautiful and it was over 50 degrees a couple of days!!!! we got to see keller williams who was AWESOME. now i'm back in cleveland to play a new years eve gig with the cleveland pops at severance and then monday down to florida and then up to new york. this is a nice loooong vacation.

oh! oh yeah!!! i bought a new bow! i drove to rochester where this awesome string shop had a great selection and as soon as i picked it up and played it, i knew it was THE ONE. it's not that big a price difference from my old one but it matches my instrument much better and everything is SOOSOOSOSOSOSO much easier to play!!! it's like the difference of having the wrong size running shoes, or tires on your car, and then getting brand new ones. i guess. now if only i could get back in to practicing consistently and wake up before 10 one of these days!!!
